DeKalb County, GA, March 9, 2016 – The Post Reports – DeKalb County Sheriff, Jeff Mann formally declared his intention to seek re-election to a full, four-year term this week. Mann was appointed in March, 2014 to fill the remaining term of Sheriff Tom Brown. In July 2014, Mann won a Special Run-off Election after receiving 76% of the vote.
“It has been an honor serving as your Sheriff over the last two years,” Mann said in a release. “I’m excited about continuing this partnership with the residents of DeKalb County. My commitment is to make sure our communities are safer and our tax dollars are managed responsibly. I ask for your support and prayers on this journey.”
Sheriff Mann is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, DeKalb Bar Association, and Past President of the DeKalb Lawyers Association.
