    Glad to see this moving, but based on my experience with commercial real estate and working with surveys, I view the fees for these surveys as being HIGH and the time frame for results and being slow. I have seen TerraMark surveys with my clients and they certainly do good work, but again the costs seem high. I didnt see it referenced in the article but does the Post know whether the survey work includes documenting all title matters (e.g., utility rights of way, etc.) that appear in the chain of title for these parks? Matters of title may be what is intended where the article references ‘utilities’ and ‘ownership.’ If not, that should certainly be included within the scope of work – and for no additional charge.
