Chamblee, GA, December 29, 2016 – The Post Reports – Chamblee Police have released still photos of the person suspected of shooting and killing a man in the early morning hours Thursday, December 29th, at the QuikTrip (QT) gas station located at 4050 Buford Highway (Next to Plaza Fiesta). Police have also released a photo of a suspected accomplice. The victim has been identified as 30-year-old Andrew Spencer.
On December 29, 2016 at approximately 03:24 hours, a Chamblee Police Officer pulled into the parking lot of the QT located at 4050 Buford Hwy. As he pulled into the parking lot he observed a group of men in and around the front door and gas pumps. The males appeared to be in some sort of confrontation, when suddenly the officer heard several gunshots.
The officer followed a vehicle he thought was involved, but quickly realized that it was not involved. The officer returned to the parking lot of the QT and found a male on the ground with massive trauma to his upper chest. Attempts to revive the victim were unsuccessful.
Chamblee Police are in the process of recovering video footage of the incident and have obtained still photos of the suspects. Photos of the shooter and accomplice are provided below. The suspects were last seen fleeing the area in a newer model (possibly gray or green) Maserati Quatroporte.
