Chamblee, GA, January 3, 2017 – The Post Reports – The City of Chamblee Police Department has obtained criminal arrest warrants charging Jilani Ade Bakhari and Leroy Starr Copney in connection with the December 29, 2016 shooting death of Andrew Spencer at the QuikTrip (QT) located at 4050 Buford Hwy.
“Both have been charged with multiple felonies to include murder, aggravated assault, and Violation of the Georgia Gang Act,” said Captain Ernesto Ford in a Tuesday release.
Police say both suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
Captain Ford explains the vehicle involved in the shooting (Maserati) has been recovered. Police are asking the public to immediately contact 911 or the Chamblee Police Department at 770-986-5005 (press #7) or 470-395-2413 and notify them of any contact or sighting of the suspects.
