Now, D1 will demand a guard rail around the lake. And guess what…they will get it. Bc the city does anything that the citizens want!

Did they even make these guys submit to a sobriety test?

If this had happened in D4 the guys would have immediately been arrested and the BPD would have used it as an excuse to pull over more random people for “questioning”.

It’s “comedic” that this can get voted down so many times.

Maybe y’all aren’t aware of this- but in D4 you can arrested on Buford Highway for minor traffic offenses like failure to signal before changing lanes.

It’s only a “lie” if you have a nice car.

It helps to be white too. (Lots of people with names like “Rodriguez” “stopped for questioning”. )

Anyone that previously followed the BPD arrests near Pine Hills can tell you in the past there has been an insane amount of nonviolent, non-DUI related stops and arrests.

But hey, arrest numbers help when you’re trying to “revitalize” an area.

Hey. This is an article about a car finding its way into Murphey Candler lake. Please keep the comments ON topic. Thanks.

And some people feel someone driving a car into a lake- even if it’s in D1 or at Murphy Candler- should be required to submit to a sobriety test.
