A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., EST June 13, 2017 at Georgian Hills Park located at 2845 Georgian Dr. “The conference will include a review of the Bid Documents. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory, and is required,” says the Invitation to Bid (ITB). “Bidders are expected to be familiar with the Bid Documents and to provide the City with any questions regarding the Bid Documents at the Pre-Bid conference or by the deadline for questions to be submitted.”
